How ads are charged?

Every campaign is based on an auction system, meaning the highest bidder will appear first. If you are paying R$0.30 to appear in a certain neighborhood, and another advertiser is paying R$0.31, theirs will always appear before yours, and only after their budget ends will your ad appear.

The budget set for Over ads is not necessarily the actual amount you spend. Your budget is the limit you can spend in a certain period. The actual amount spent may differ from your budget.
